"This is an economic solution for the Maysville KY/Aberdeen OH area. It is in a slightly lower income area, but not unsafe since it is right on the highway. Breakfast is very limited (cold cereal, packaged pastry, coffee). Staff are very accommodating. Again this is a more economic facility if you are just needing a bed and shower."

"Soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink were very convenient and cut down on waste. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Owner gave us recommendations for dining. I will stay here again and recommend it to all my friends."

"This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we were told that the 2nd time we were there that the bath mat was wet and left on the floor by the bed and used to clean up floor. Then he said it had to be thrown away. Mind you we didn't even know this happened and we are talking about a $3 bath mat. We were also told we were going to be charged a $35 deposit for our stay the 3rd time. He did forgo the deposit but we were not very happy."
