"We enjoyed our stay. The bar is good, the food was good and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. There menu impressed me. There is bar outside in the pool area nightly! We will return when needing to stay on the south end of Charlotte. Note, there is a parking fee."

"The pictures on their site looks really good, but when you get there, it’s totally not what you seen in the pics. The guy that checked me in was rude. The shuttle driver drove like a crazy man. My room was very dated and unkept. I took numerous photos of my room and the shape it was in. I will “NEVER” stay at a Quality Inn again. I don’t stay in hotels much at all as I normally pull my RV, but this was a quick trip and time was of the essence."
