Great winter visit. So close to cliff walk and downtown shops and restaurants. Would love to come back. We had large family gathering. But we fit perfectly in 2. 2 bedroom units with kitchens.

It was walkable to a couple restaurants tickets restaurant and patio.,,,.aquidneck pizza and 10 min ride to atlantic griille...parking on site..and continental breakfast. We stayed in the main building. It’s definitely an older property but well maintained. Felt like the quintessential “roadside/seaside inn”. Our room was the one with the two queens + the bunk room and the kids loved that they had their own cozy little space! Also enjoyed the ocean views and easy access to the beach!
