「This was the worst stay of my life. The bathroom door didn't close properly. At night, after sleeping, their refrigerator leaked filling the entire room floor with water. Their hotel site on Expedia mentioned about breakfast being included but there wasn't any. Expedia did not really apologise or process any Customer Happiness refund for this situation at all. 「I was surprised to find out that the motel was attached to a restaurant. The bathtub had a cut out in the bottom where something had been replaced or repaired and just put back. I found long black hairs in the bath towel’s and in the ice bucket. The parking area was very dirty, but the young lady at the front desk was very nice. The bed appeared to be clean. Would not stay again though.」
