「I literally don’t know what to start with omg. Front desk was incredibly rude and complained about how much he hated his job, and gave me zero information about the hotel. THEN my room is covered in nut stains. Cigarette residue everywhere. Crumbs everywhere. Dead bugs all over the floor. The bed sheets has clearly not been cleaned or changed. 「I’ve used truckstop bathrooms that were cleaner in the bathroom that we had in our room! That’s not even the worst part, the carpets need to be desperately changed. The entire room smelled of urine. It was difficult for us to even stay in the room. I would’ve left immediately but the entire town of Sandusky had been booked up. I will never say this hotel ever again. I am warning all of those who look for cleanliness, this is not the place.」

「Stay was awesome. My only suggestion to mgt is that the 1st floor back door is very loud and jaring when it closes. Can hear and feel it.in room 107 and probably beyond.」

「Pictures are not anything like the actual place. It’s at an intersection and everything is loud. It looks sketchy, and the room is so tiny. A double bed is not even big enough for 2 people. The bathroom is so small you couldn’t move. I would so much rather pay $30 more for bigger.」

「The staff were a delight; the location, however, was in disrepair. The pool area was not maintained well; the ceiling and walls were crumbling. I think they might have been in the middle of renovating the carpet in the hallways? The carpeting was cut but there was no molding to keep the seams flat, so we tripped over the carpet multiple times and not once did any member of staff mention anything about renovation efforts. Breakfast was okay. We have stayed here in the past and had NONE of these...
