「The staff were great, especially the staff that did the activities for the children. This hotel is very expensive, so we expected all the waterslides to be open. However, we found out upon check in that they were short staffed and rotated which slides would be open, which was only 2-3 at a time. This was very disappointing as we drove a long way to this hotel. Do not book this hotel until you call and ask about the staffing.」

「We were checked into an accessible room. When we came back from dinner we took our shoes off and our socks were soaking wet and we could smell mold. The carpeting from the air conditioner to the bed was soaking wet. They moved us to another room but the shower chair from the other room did not fit. We had to turn it sideways and it was difficult to get in and out of the shower. I'm requesting a credit for the stressful beginning to our stay. I thought the rooms were inspected before checking in...
