"This hotel is very close to the action but features a great place to stay in the city right in the center of midtown and near Times Square. The service was excellent and even with how busy the hotel was, you never felt it from the way their logistics were ran. The space is compact but as expected. However, it was very clean, surprising quiet and had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel double the price. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Overall was a great experience. However the room was right across from the elevator. Not preferable to have it across from high traffic areas. Other than this everything was pretty good."

"The customer service was great. The room was excellent for the price. Neighborhood is very accessible and close to the NYSE and the battery is close by. Only negative thing would be the elevators being very slow but other than that I would come back and stay there"
