「The rooms were nice. That’s pretty much it. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels like 3 times before they brought them to us. I asked to have the trash taken out and no one did. I had to gather all the trash myself and then when I told them I did that and where I can put it, then they came to help me. But the staff up front was very nice just some miscommunication. But I do recommend this hotel.」

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」

「The property is well maintained and great for travelers. We had an issue with our room that the host resolved well, and their communication was prompt. We liked that we had access to speak to people, but we were otherwise autonomous. I appreciated the laundry available, and the location is beyond perfect. The space isn’t necessarily great for someone who wants to stay indoors for long periods as it is small, but NYC is not a place to visit if you want to remain inside.」

On weekends, you can park on the street for free if you find a space, but there is no free parking facility at the hotel. The listing on Expedia is misleading.
