It is quite dark & off the main road, which makes it quiet & parking was great. However, the walls in our roo could use some paint & the shower corners didnt look clean & shower has a small crack in it.

I was charged a pet cleaning fee which I nomally wouldn’t mind if I believed the room was truely going to be cleaned when I left. But since it wasn’t clean when I arrived, i doubt they will clean it any different upon my check out. There where dead bugs in the window sill. Carpet had loose debris. Tile was dirty and not moped. Pulled my trash bag out to tie it up before I left and there was old puke in bottom of the can! I won’t be back at this hotel chain.

There were other guests that were quite disruptive at night (as it was New Year's likely). The breakfast options were not up to the normal standard for Hampton Inn.

The walls in this hotel seem paper thin. It is common to hear noise from others rooms in a hotel, but it sounded like a herd of elephants was rooming above us and we could hear every single sound from the bathrooms of the rooms on each side of us. Not pleasant!!!! And the bed was so hard it kept me up most of the night!

The individual working the front desk did not make me feel welcome. She did not greet me, she did not smile and tapped her fingernails on the counter until she was able to get rid of me.

The staff could not have been friendlier. Five stars for them. The room was nice size but the condition of the room and hotel in general seemed substandard. I think they need to pay more attention to cleaning and maintenance

Hotel room was not very clean and was pretty run down. After staying with other Hampton properties, I assumed it would be better, especially at the higher price point. Extremely disappointing.

Great hotel in a decent location. Good for us as we traveled from Traverse city Michigan and are flying out of Chicago after we check out. Short drive to ORD from here! Always enjoy Hampton Inn

Nice hotel
The staff was very polite and on top of everything. Our room was nice and clean but the bathroom baseboards are falling off which looked bad, the rest if the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast staff were on it! Refilling and wiping down, keeping the breakfast area a pleasant atmosphere.

Easily the dirtiest hotel we have stayed at. The floor in the entry way to our room and bathroom was sticky and filthy…you could literally make out the shoe prints of the last people to walk in the room. I washed the floor. The floor in the breakfast area was almost as sticky. The hallways were in need of a good vacuum. Breakfast staff used foul language when a patron indicated the milk was leaking. Upon check out, no one asked how our stay was. Three staff were smoking outside the frost door when we left. All in all, we would avoid ever staying at this location again.

We have always preferred staying in Hampton Inn’s and other Hilton properties. While the room itself was clean, the entryway and bathroom floors were sticky and filthy (could see full size shoe prints). The hallways haven’t been vacuumed in quite some time. I took a wet towel to the floor in the entryway and and washed it…the towel is completely filthy but our shoes aren’t sticking anymore.

Upon check in the sliding door for the bathroom fell off the tracks and my husband was stuck inside the bathroom. We had to struggle to get him out. Also one of the queen beds sounded like metal when you got into bed or moved around. When it came to sleep, above us in the room was a fussy baby whose parents were trying to settle down.

our only issue was dogs barking in rooms next to ours off and on all night. Can you possible put all pets in their own area? everything was great except for the inflated price for some event we were ;unaware of . 252$ for a room was way high!!! our was special gathering so we could not change our weekend.
