Park Central South Beach
The room was small and lacked counter space and the decor was substandard. The staff was fabulous. Kind and very helpful. The pool was lovely and the staff there wonderful. The breakfast that was included was poor and I do not know why you would not serve the guests that are staying at the hotel ...

Mondrian South Beach
The room had visible mold and an unpleasant odor. I reported the issue during my stay, but the hotel did not offer a room change or any resolution. Due to the unsanitary conditions and lack of action, I was left with no choice but to proceed with a dispute.
