Unfortunately the hotel staff has not been caught up to speed with the new renovations that have been made. The hotel looks amazing, the cleanliness needs work. The staff is lost, hopefully they improve over time.

Trump International Beach Resort
The check in staff was so rude! Indifferent to Our needs! On the last day needed someone to help with luggage- there was no one! Front desk guy was simply rude. For a resort property you would expect much better service with great care and empathy!!!

Great property, a tad bit dated, not a fan of carpet but very clean and staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

DoubleTree Resort & Spa by Hilton Ocean Point-N. Miami Beach
Please note there is an additional $45 per day parking or $5 per hour. Rooms are little outdated. Sliding door at our room were very hard to open. No hooks or bars for towels in the bathroom. Big plus - washer/dryer available outside the room. Starbucks at the hotel also a big plus.

B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale Beach
Both pools were crowded so we didn't get seats. Our room was next to the pool on the 2nd floor and at night time the parties would start in the pool cabanas. We had to call and complain every night we were there. The noise would stop and then start up again shortly after. If it weren't for that, ...
