The Sunny
Stunning interior design, but the service was terrible. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and acted like helping guests was a burden. You have to ask very specific questions just to get basic information. Beautiful place, disappointing experience.

We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem ...

This place was excellent, the location is perfectly centered next to Southpoint and Lincoln Avenue, along with Whole Foods right across the street. Everything was fantastic other than the 3 day fire alarm, that was miserable 3 out of the 10 days I stayed. I wish I was informed before.
