Waited over an hour for airport shuttle. Room smelled like old musty hotel. Bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. Barely warm water in shower. Not a safe neighborhood. Stay somewhere else...anywhere!

Park Central South Beach
The room was small and lacked counter space and the decor was substandard. The staff was fabulous. Kind and very helpful. The pool was lovely and the staff there wonderful. The breakfast that was included was poor and I do not know why you would not serve the guests that are staying at the hotel ...
