The view out shadows anything about this unit, it's breathtaking at any hour! Unit is extremely spacious yet cozy at same time. Super walkable to supermarket & restaurants including right in the same building! Nice pool and jacuzzi. Bathrooms are certainly ready for refresh as other reviews mention, as well as couch fabric. I would book again.

Great hotel and awesome location. Elevators are fast and never have to wait long for one. Bathroom needs to be updated. Had a problem with bathroom fan screening. Called it in but no one showed up to fix it. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers did. It work and one was empty. Other than that I highly recommend hotel.

Old building, breathtaking views

We were hosted by “Cozy” accommodations. Overall they were easy to communicate with. I don’t understand why if Hotels.com is the third party we must authenticate our IDs with the host directly. With so many scams these days I’d like to only authenticate with hotels.com. On the other hand, the views were the best feature. The room was older, special attention should be given to the wood features such as closets and cabinets and grout and overall bathroom to update and give the room a modern and clean appeal. The linen on the bed was good and the pillows were comfortable but the towels need to be replaced asap as they give the whole experience a downward appearance. Also, the hotel building boasts of a shopping center in the lobby which had a very convenient Starbucks and bar and breakfast/ brunch cafe. Área was walkable and we took advantage of the free trolley.

I had an Amazing stay at this property. Everything was nice & clean. The view was so beautiful. I love that it is nearby the downtown area, but also not too far from the beach. There were many restaurants & shops nearby, also some located inside of the actual building. Also a Publix was located in walking distance of the property. Also the security was on point, so I felt safe.I will definitely recommend staying here. 10/10.

DO NOT STAY HERE. COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM. FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. IT IS MANAGED BY "COZY" AND COMMUNICATION WITH THEM IS TERRIBLE. I CAN'T EXPRESS HOW AWFUL THIS EXPERIENCE WAS. WE HAD TO LEAVE AND IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK.

The room is old and dirty. Stains all over the couch. Had to use towels to sit on. Beds and pillows where poor condition and pillow covers were stained as well. Second bedroom had hair on the bed. Air conditioning was locked at 78 degrees making unit hot. I emailed the owner and they unlocked the thermostat, which did nothing. Poor choice on my part. Pictures look better than reality. I would not recommend to anyone.

this is a terrible company to use. First they gave me the incorrect unit. We were unable to stay. They offered a room change the second night. I hoped it would work as we were very busy and did not have time to find a replacement. However the second room was too high up and my family member has a heights phobia. I was the accused of staying in the room and then I was issued an apology as they said their cleaning people told them that essentially to get paid. I will be pursuing this with my bank and may consider litigation if not resolved

Nunca me había tocado rentar un apartamento en tan malas condiciones. Lo peor es que las fotos del anuncio si coincidían, pero el descuido de todo era terrible. La limpieza pésima dejando los pisos grasosos, los muebles descuidados a niveles increibles como que la base de las perillas de la lavadora secadora estaba caido y agarrado con cinta duct tape, las terrrazas asquerosas. Para colmo el anuncio decía que era para 7 personas y solo tenía 2 camas, una king y una queen. El sillón de la sala NO era sofá cama y no había ni ropa extra de cama como para pensar en dormir en el. Las toallas muy limitadas, y cuando pedí extras, igual que sábanas y pedí limpieza, toda la atención terrible. Para colmo la gente del edificio deja muchísimo que desear. De nuestra terraza se veía las terrazas de abajo llenas de muebles viejos y mil aparatejos guardados. Parecía una vecindad corriente en vez de un depto de primera en Miami como lo anuncian.
