One of the best places we have stayed and we travel a lot! Location is perfect! Walkable to tons of shops, restaurants, and parks. Area is safe and a short drive to the beaches on Key Biscayne. Checkin was easy, instructions clear, garage parking a huge plus, condo was spotless, view is breathtaking, welcome gift a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Miami.

Brilliant place to stay in Coconut Grove. Host was excellent in terms of communication. Room was large, bright and airy with great view of the marina. Small kitchen area also great and well equipped with wine and coffee provided which was a nice touch. Super air con. Hotel had very nice pool and jacuzzi on 8th floor. Hotel lobby staff friendly and the whole hotel was spotless. Will be even better once the restaurant and bar has been renovated. Great location with lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. If we’re in Miami again we would absolutely stay here. Highly recommended

The property was beautiful. Clean. Well supplied with everything to get your stay started. They think of everything when it comes to supplying the essentials. An abundance of clean fresh towels were provided. Two robes. A safe to keep valuables. The position of the room allowed for great views of the morning sunrise from the balcony. Sunsets nightly from the pool deck! The hotel itself is perfectly located to allow access to Coconut Grove shopping, restaurants and activities. Uber to airport and Miami attractions for reasonable fares.

The views from the apt unit were breathtaking. The property is so close to Miami, yet fels secluded and peaceful, away from the hutle and bustle of the city. The apartment is well decorated and ultra modern.

The only reason I am giving it three stars for an overall rating is because the room that I rented was so brand new construction wise. It was thoroughly clean it was so brand new that you could smell the paint I have no complaints with the exception that I rented a room that happened to have been newly acquired and they are doing construction work in it so that they can match the aesthetics of the other rooms that they offer which I think are high caliber. The staff once again I say hi praise to them they are so professional kind generous always offering to help and I can tell if they are hard workers. I give a five star for every other question but for this day only I’m giving it three stars because of the room situation that I was in however I’ve stayed in their other rooms and it’s an overall five stars 10 stars is allowed.

I loved the privacy, cleanliness, quiet place. I definitely would recommend this place and would comeback again. They let you check in early because my flu came early. It was easy to get a hold of staff and communicate with them. 10/10 for the service.

Stayed for 2 nights-Check in easy, good parking, room was lovely and modern however minor decor needing done cracks/ chipped tiles. Location is good nice restaurants near by and downtown Miami isn’t far. Didn’t get much sleep due to music playing until 9am which is unfortunate. Booked ocean view however I would say more a partial view so room options aren’t 100% right when you look straight out it’s buildings but need to peer over balcony to see the sea

Great Experience
The experience was awesome. Very clean, beautiful view of the water, balcony that covers the entire exterior of the apartment and beautiful large windows that made you feel connected to the beauty outside. This was an overall great experience and I will surely book here again.

We fully understand how this situation might have caused frustration and impacted your stay. It's important to note that we were unaware of this issue until you brought it to our attention, as the previous guest did not report it. Unfortunately, the missing control from the wall hook had gone unnoticed during our team’s inspections after each guest checked out, and we believe that the previous guests could have misplaced it. Nevertheless, we took responsibility for this matter and we made every possible effort to secure a replacement remote for the blinds. Unfortunately, the earliest delivery date available was Monday the 23rd, which was after your stay. (This has been taken care of). I know that this is not the solution you required nor the one we wanted to give you, but sometimes these issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience with us and hope you enjoyed Miami and your overall stay. It was a pleasure hosting you!

The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The studio was very clean and the full size kitchen was a big plus to have, especially having a few grocery stores very close by. The owner is very kind and provided us with a bottle of wine and waters to welcome us. I highly recommend this studio in Miami.

The views are amazing! The host is awesome! The place was SPOTLESS! The host was there whenever we needed her and then some. Very comfy - lots of room to relax. I stayed here right after a surgery and it was perfect. A whole kitchen - fully prepped, lots of towels, 2 bathrooms, huge bed. The pool had gorgeous views but only until sunset.

Our family stay here couldnt have been better!! Our host was prompt, friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. The room was exceptional and clean. Great location, easy to book and even easier instructions on service, parking, etc. The pool area was equally great along with gorgeous ocean and city views. Highly recommended!!!

The picture descriptions are deceiving as well as the description of what you will get. They promised a smoke free place yet we were surrounded by marijuana smell daily! The balcony glass did not lock and we had small children that was a huge safety concern and they attempted to fix the issue; however, they ended up locking the electric shade now allowing us to be able to open again for sunlight I to our room. They also charge you for room service and clean towels which was not described in the details! Management lacks precense on the property they will ONLY speak with you over text messages. Terrible experience overall will ne we stay there again.

I could be salty bc they didn’t let me cancel my reservation but overall it was a great place to stay..I had an issue with getting into my room, before I could even turn around a staff member just happened to be walking by and noticed my frustration and got everything handled within 6 minutes. Very clean and peaceful the area is surrounded with attractions. Great Visit overall! Thanks for the wine too! Lol

We loved the layout of the suite. The vuew was awesome. Things thatTneeded some attention: the couch was old looking, some painting touch up are needed, The ac vent is in the bed room and leaks water on the tile, also its very loud. The bed headboard has a stain on it. The elevators took a long time to come. The front desk girls need to work on customer service. They seemed out if it.
