Don’t waste your money booking a room at this hotel. The hotel looks ok on the outside, but the inside is terrible. The carpet was filthy, the paint on the wall was chipping off and dirty. Lastly, I found a drug bag on the floor next to the bed. Worst hotel room I’ve ever slept in.

This is a dump, the people working can’t help you with anything. Room not clean sheets nasty. At one time a long time ago this place was nice. No upkeep walls falling apart, they just painted over it.

This place deserves less than 1 star. The room odor was unbearable, moldy smell. The beds only had fitted sheet on them, no spread. I opened the refrigerator and roaches was crawling out. There is coffee maker in the room with no means to make the coffee (no coffee, no mugs, stirs etc.). I asked about breakfast food, the front desk staff recommended the gas station across the street. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

It looks nice on the outside but this place needs an exterminator quickly before children get bit by the many roaches. My son opened the desk drawer for a pen and thought they were sunflower seeds. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly and stern looking. The room reeked of bleach but the floors were dirty in the bathroom. I just wished we would have slept on the airport floor than here. Prices were not cheap either

AVOID AT ALL COST. My friends and I came for spring break and it was terrible. Bugs everywhere, bathroom was moldy, unsafe area, rude staff. Spend the extra money and get a nicer hotel. Also I still have not received my $100 deposit back and the other reviews have said they are scammers.

The property is terrible. Very unsafe with warnings even taped to their doors to try and keep out trouble. It appears that there are people living in the rooms by the pool as their doors are open, laundry hanging and bicycles and personal items outside their units. People hanging around making it uncomfortable. There are doors that say they are locked for security but they are not at all locked and they are in poor condition. The place SMELLS! It truly stinks. Hard to get away from the smell. Made all my luggage and clothing smell. Please read all reviews, people are not lying. I wish I had read the reviews first as the photos made it look great but it was not at all. We all felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. Lots of noise and rude people in the hallways, talking loudly in the hallways all night long. Please consider carefully if you need to stay here. All the reviews are accurate.

sticky thread-bare carpet left black soles to socks and bare feet. smelled like weed, no blankets, one sheet, no place for toilet paper, and no tp in room. one towel, stained. skirting on bed shredded. mold on everything. over thirty years of travel- this is the first place i felt like i would be sick in the morning if i stayed.

We only stayed one of the 3 nights booked due to time constraints that’s why we stayed the first night. We felt unsafe - the room and carpet was dirty and grungy. They refused to give us our money back even though we felt unsafe.

The room was not the cleanest. We were only given 2 towels bath for 3 people and when asking for more, we were told they might not have enough. What kind of hotel can't provide a few more towels for guests? Additionally, we had issues with the water in the shower. Our first 2 days it was ice cold and there was no heat. We had to ask them to fix it twice before it finally was somewhat fixed. Then we only had ice cold water or scalding hot water. I've stayed at cheaper motels that were significantly nicer.

The room was a stripped down box with old tile, carpet and bathroom. Still had broken jacuzzi in the room. 4 of 5 lightbulbs were burned out in the bathroom, the counter was barely hanging onto the wall and the ceiling looked like a patchwork quilt of repairs. There was a Kurig, with NO product (cups, coffee or tea). Only two towels. No hand towels, no tissue, no hairdryer. Housekeeping left two soaps and two conditioners, but no shampoo. Water was either ice cold or burning hot. No blanket on the bed. Asked for a blanket, but never received it. Heard another customer ask for a towel since his room didn't even have a towel. TV - no internet or cable supplied, so it was useless.

The lady that checked me in was very very rude. She told me I could not park my pickup truck up front no matter how small it was and I get up in the morning and seen 5 pick up truck bigger then mine parked up front. She said it was hotel police but by the way it looked it only applied to me not anyone else. I was there for business not pleasure and I will never stay there again....

I would not recommend anyone to stay at Miami Gardens Inn and Suites. The elevator is not safe, room and bathroom is nasty. A the front desk staff is disrespectful and not helpful. So to any future guess don’t stay there run run because they don’t refund you back when you don’t stay to there nasty hotel
