Bathroom had a leak from toilet. Woke up to water all over. Called building they came to clean up. Left wet towel in shower. Did not replenish towels or toilet paper. Hot water - we had to let run for an hour as another guest told us she too had no hot water. Balcony had no lock Balcony had hair - whomever cleaned swept the hair from room onto balcony table was also dirty on balcony. Kitchen - needs to be upgraded -cabinetry

The view and location was not bad, decent. However, the bathroom was full of damp and the room. Extremely unhealthy for someone who has ore existing medication condition. Plus the swimming pool is out of order for a long time and the hotel feels like empty and sad. Would not recommend it to stay.

Construction in the unit above was drilling in the wall too much. Pool was closed, said something was broken in it. The bathtub was not clean, water pressure was terrible. Mirror had huge crack in it in the middle. Room lighting was terrible to get ready. Check in instructions were not given and did not have a smooth check in.

Was good for the location being near to Wynwood (party place), south beach, doral (amazing restaurants to visit) and mini Havana. Just for the lock, had some issue coz of which it worked sometime and didnt other times. Water was a bit less warm. Other than that, its totally good location close to Airport

This hotel was very bad , the shower didn’t work , the room was very noisy , thin walls , outdated room, no front desk agents just sercurity doing the job of front desk staff , the pool wasn’t open , the elevators were trash , the hotel hallways stink, the beds were stiff and uncomfortable to sleep on… it was horrible staying I would not recommend booking this hotel

Loved staying at this place super close to everything and it had parking included which is such a rare thing to find in miami. Will definitely be staying here again.

The location is amazing as well as the staff valet service and the restaurant. No complaints about service. The building has amazing bones but is in need of a lot of love. The communication was deplorable. No information was provided until 2 hours after check-in. Had to call to figure out needed information. Once we received the info via email it was incorrect outdated instructions.Same as checkout. Directions for checkout was provided after we had already checked out. My hope for this property is ownership changes hand and new owners gives her the love she needs and deserves

Our room was on the 4th floor. The price was excellent. Check in process very smooth. Room was clean. The toilet and shower both leaked but did not affect the quality of our stay. The pool was not open. We will stay here again.

The property is overall a bit outdated but for me it gives me that old Miami vibe from “Tony Montana”which I love. The only & main issue I have with staying here (I’ve stayed here multiple times) the attention to detail. The pool states to be open (I was here in November ‘23 & it was closed due to construction. I come now April ‘24 & it’s still closed but filled up & gated up) The bathtub in my room was clogged. No additional towels, no toiletries, no sort of incentive, the TV did not work or turn on & no rug for coming out of the tub. I asked for some assistance regarding this or at-least a mop to avoid accidents in the bathroom & I was told to go to the store in the lobby & PURCHASE what I needed to make my stay more “comfortable” in my opinion I didn’t ask for much since all I requested was an additional towel or mop to help avoid accidents or from water to leak through the floors.

I had problems from day one. My check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but when I arrived at my room, the cleaning services had just started cleaning, delaying my check-in until around 4 PM. I had communicated via email and phone with management, so they arranged for my check-out time to be extended from 10 AM to 12 PM. However, on the day of my supposed check-out at 12 PM, the cleaning lady knocked aggressively on my door, arguing with me and demanding that I leave. Property management emailed me, threatening to force me to leave and charge a fee if I didn’t leave ASAP. I provided screenshots of our earlier communication to prove my arrangement, but I decided not to stress myself further and left at 11 AM. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the pool was closed for construction, and I received an email notification on the same day as my check-in. Although the room pictures looked great, the reality was different—it was an old room with mold and a very old bathroom. Furthermore, my room was noisy. The only positive aspect was the nice ocean view from the window. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here and I will never come back.

I rented this apartment that I saw in the photo for a week, when I arrived at this apartment the photos and the reality were completely different, it was just a terrible old and dirty room, there were traces of paint all around and the room smelled terrible, me and my partner left from this hell on the second day of stay
