"El hotel necesita bastante renovación ya que es bastante viejo. El espacio de la habitación está ok pero necesitan poner colchones más cómodos. Ese día le estaban haciendo mantenimiento al agua y cuando me fui a bañar el agua salió amarilla hasta que la dej é correr hasta que se aclarara. "

"Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Beautiful, impeccable, close to all the monuments in Toledo, great amenities (spa), spectacular views from our window. The most helpful staff you can ask for. Kelvin is amazing...so charming and knowledgeable (he gave us a private tour of all the historical elements in the building and the history behind it)!!!!! Angel was super kind and helpful. The entire staff was incredible. We will come back and from now on will always try to book historical boutique hotels from this company. We will be eternally grateful for the exceptional attention we received and the beautiful memories."
