「Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. 「Location is perfect, neat, clean and connected to world class shopping mall, with great international dining options. Walkable to explore the area, hotel guests have free access to parking area. And customer service was beyond expectations. Hotel staff were courteous and polite will always greet us with warmth. Will certainly come back」

「Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available. Bad business tactic !!!」
