Fiesta Americana Reforma
Although the hotel had some positive aspects, our opinion is heavily influenced by the very poor service we had in the Fiesta club restaurant. At breakfast in particular the staff were extremely discourteous to us. We had to constantly ask and re-ask for basics like coffee or replacement cutlery ...
