「The host was super friendly, and the room was very nice with air conditioning and a large bottle of water. On the downside, I could only get 30 seconds of hot water for my shower when I arrived late at night, and it being late there was nobody I could ask for help. Another thing is the transfer they offered from the airport was with a guy that wasn’t friendly, ignored me when I asked a question and made me pull my luggage all the way outside of the airport area to the street where he parked. 「It is not a room you rent, it is a Palazzo im the middle of the City. You are thrown back by centuries looking to entrance, room and furniture. The living roooom is amazing」

「This is not a hotel, but a back packer b and b. We were in a 40 ft container with three rooms and an eating area I chose this for the parking that is hard to come by in Reggio. The owner has her property propping up everywhere in Expedia for a 20 mile radius. BEWARE!!! Yes the view from the parking lot was nice, Ac good and clean. There are no restaurants anywhere on top. But the owner ordered delivered pizza. As a platinum member I was decieved. Expedia has to make it a B and B not a hotel」

「The room was spotless and had everything we needed—and even more. The host made sure we were completely taken care of and gave us amazing recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Even though we stayed for just one night, they went out of their way to help us enjoy our time there. Such a kind and thoughtful host—our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!」
