Amazing place to stay, the apartment is clean spacious. The service is wonderful breakfast is also fantastic. Can’t say enough about the Staff. So happy I booked this residence to stay.

A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off

El servicio del staff es pesimo. Tuvimos que esperar media hora para que alguien aparezca a darnos las llaves de la habitación. El lugar promociona que tiene wifii y aire acondicionado, pero ninguno de los dos andaba. Para rematarla, el breakfast para cuatro personas era un shot de cafe. Al momento del check out, ellos se confundieron cuando tenian que cobrarme, porque no hablaban ni italiano, ni ingles, y despues me llamaron amenazandome con llamar a la policia. NO RECOMENDABLE.

La camera è grande e spaziosa ma il bagno non era molto pulito, sulle mattonelle infatti c'era della muffa e le porte della doccia rimanevano semiaperte e l'acqua usciva sul pavimento, forse per questo c'era muffa e condenza nel bagno. La mattina c'era stato detto che potevamo almeno farci un caffè ma non c'erano i bicchierini per berlo e nessuno a cui chiedere. Al telefono della struttura non rispondono. Peccato perché Scilla è favolosa e anche la vista dalla camera, un poco di attenzione in più per gli ospiti e di pulizia al bagno sarebbe gradita.

La nostra prenotazione non c'era. Dunque non c'era una stanza per noi (famiglia con due bambine piccole). Il personale cortese, Aldo per carità, mortificato x l'errore, ha cercato una struttura alternativa e dopo aver atteso un'ora ci ha proposto una casa privata in centro più o meno allo stesso costo (20€ in meno e senza colazione). Peccato che la nostra prenotazione prevedeva vista mare, vicino alla spiaggia e al ristorante dove volevamo andare e la colazione. Il costo del tragitto (Ape per le salite con figlie e bagagli) per andare alla casa privata a spese nostre... Sicuramente da rivedere qualcosa. Non credo di consigliarlo ai miei conoscenti.

Nice B&B in a picturesque area.

Scilla is a lovely little town in a good location for some places that we needed to visit. La Lacondiera was quite nice for a B&B in a tiny town. We had a fine room with a sweet tiny balcony with a lovely view. They were very helpful with a few unexpected problems that had nothing to do with them! We may have been the only ones there in Nov. since they set the breakfast buffet only when we said we would be downstairs for it. There is no one there after dark and you use your own key for the front door after hours. The bathroom was very small but workable. It is a fine place.

Location is cute and quaint, walking distance for everything in town. Lodging is clean and basic. Staff were non existent during the day. I had to wait quite some time before I was able to even check in.

Other people may like this place, but I was very disappointed with what I got for the price I paid.."...it is tiny and I actually paid and left because my weeekends are precious and I wasn't going to be able to relax there. I could barely move in the bathroom, the room was quite basic, but as I say, it was clean . More like a youth hostel really!
