"Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). Asked for a portable fan and he said they did not have one and to open the door. He was not pleasant to speak with and ultimately unhelpful. The rooms are absolutely not sound proof and we could hear people from upstairs walking around and moving furniture. The glass door to the patio also lets in a lot of sound and the area has busy traffic. Snacks, drinks and coffee all cost money and the only complimentary items were two small bottles of water. Fridge was unplugged and originally not working. Bathroom was very small. Not worth the money and I would recommend skipping this hotel. "

"The place itself was nice and clean. Close to the airport which was great. We had booked this hotel hoping to get a shuttle to the airport the following morning. However, when we checked in, the guy informed us the shuttle was full. Was disappointed they didn’t have multiple shuttles or more runs to the airport. "

"This hotel is great if you need to stay near the airport for an early or late arriving flight. The shuttle was very convenient and easy to use. The driver Pan was super friendly, we ended up watching a football match in the lobby after I checked in for the evening... very nice guy. I got the airport on time with the morning shuttle with no issues. "

"We only stayed one night in order to be close to the airport for an early flight. Access into the apartment was very simple and convenient. Beds were comfortable and bathroom very spacious. We did have some noise problems. The walls did not keep exterior noises out very well. There was off street parking which is nice and gave an extra layer of safety. Scheduling a taxi for the morning was easy through the apartment company. Overall, the apartment served the purpose we were hoping. "
