I booked this hotel for one night only to be closer to the airport. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that one of the two staff members was both the driver and the receptionist.
When we were taken to our first room (downstairs), we immediately noticed several issues. There were flies, mosquitoes, ants, and other bugs on the bed and floor. The room was very dark and had an unpleasant smell. There was no electric kettle, and although a gas cooker was present, there were no kitchen appliances provided — no coffee pot, plates, or utensils — so I couldn’t even make a cup of coffee.
Additionally, we noticed spider webs around the door. This room had one queen bed and one twin bed.
We requested a different room due to these conditions. At first, the staff member told us the hotel was fully booked, but then he changed his mind and agreed to show us another room.
The second room (upstairs, Room 3) was brighter and generally cleaner, which we appreciated. However, there were still ants on the floor and a bug on the wall that appeared to have been killed earlier but was still alive. While the room itself was acceptable, the shower in the bathroom was defective, I have a video to show this issue. When I voiced these concerns, the staff member told me that since we only paid less, we shouldn’t expect anything better. Only I liked transportation services they picked up from airport and dropped off and drove to restaurant.
