「Lovely room, clean, quiet and nicely decorated in a separate building just beside the pub. Plenty of parking spaces so no long walk with bags and no steps up to the accommodation which made life easy. The staff were friendly and the evening meal was good. We had breakfast freshly cooked to order in the lovely bar/restaurant area and the choice and portions were plentiful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again. We thought it was really good value for money and highly recommend.」

「A beautiful period property in a stunning location. Always a warm welcome from the owner and you couldn’t find a more beautiful setting to wake up.Deer often walking around the grounds in the early morning when you open the curtains of your perfectly decorated room.」

「Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. 」

「An old-fashioned hotel in an old building but there's nothing wrong with that - it has character, unlike a lot of modern anodyne ones. Service was exceptional: accommodating and friendly. It is located dead in the centre of the old town and is ideally placed for exploring it (and for staggering back from the pubs!). It also has a well regarded Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so no need to go far if you don't want to. There is free parking at the back. I would certainly stay again if I was...

「Loved the wonderful service and family friendly care. Bed was comfy with snuggly comfy pillows and duvet. Breakfast was well prepared on beautiful old fashioned crockery, so well looked after. It was quaint and cute...had everythibg i needed. Lookibg forward to going back」

「The properties is in good condition has nice rooms and has good food. Staff are friendly and efficient. You probably can only get there by car but there is plenty of car parking space and it could be used as a base to see a lot of of Norwich and surrounding area」
