A safe, clean, comfortable place for families

Great place to stay before heading to Tioman. We were so well looked after; the owner took us to the ferry terminal and even helped us to check in. This was not prearranged, so a lovely surprise making our trip much easier. Thanks!

Le meilleur endroit où dormir à Mersing

Très grand appartement très propre avec in service remarquable. Mandy et son mari sont venus nous chercher au terminal de bus à notre arrivée et le lendemain matin à 5h15 ils nous attendaient pour nous accompagner jusqu'a la jetée. Ils sont vraiment adorables!! Merci à eux et pour ceux qui cherchent un logement à Mersing, n'hésitez pas une seconde.

Lovely apartment and wonderful service

We stayed here before and after our trip to Tioman and I can’t rate it highly enough. It’s a well equipped four bedroom apartment which was perfect for us as a family of five. Mandy, the owner, helped us with our ferry ticket reservation and on our return picked us up from the ferry terminal. The following day she drove us at 7am to the bus station and helped us get tickets back to Johor. The level of service was excellent.

Perfect stay!

Our stay was outstanding. Communication before was really great and fast in perfect English. During our stay Eric and Mandy were so caring they even organised transport to the nearby ferry terminal (we went to Tioman afterwards) and organised the ferry tickets for us. The place was very clean, high quality air conditioning, free coffee and wifi and had the necessary amenities for European cultures, if we come back to Mersing we'll make sure to come again. Thanks again Mandy and Eric!
