「Asked for an early check in and Amelia(?) made it work. Even took our luggage to the room while we went for a walk around the neighbourhood as we had to wait a short time. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Would stay at the Palm again 」
「The staff is great. The rooms are neat and the area is perfect. Only one issue came up with the taxes of the hotel charge were 200.00 extra. But that’s something internally between the hotel and Expedia and I was able to get it looked at on my end. All was well. Great people. Most importantly they were kind and generous. 」
「You can't sleep in its old wing. There is a pub with noise from 11pm to 5am. It is quiet in its new wing. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable. 」
