The Palm was such a lovely place to start our vacation! The location is great and the staff were kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious with plenty of character. We wish we could have stayed for longer. The only drawback is parking as it is a very busy road.

Property was in a good location. The bedroom decor was good - industrial style. Good size bathroom. There was never anyone on reception except when we checked in. The only staff member that we saw was the cleaner. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Carpet on the landing and stairs was threadbare. Toilet roll holder was broken.

Although the rooms were nice and spacious, as an older couple it was difficult for us with the bar Party going in until 2:30 am. They were gracious to give us earplugs. The young folks really love it. It’s directly across from the beach. A train comes into Bray, so if you know how to use trains you could probably come there from the airport by train.

Staff were brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room overlooking the prom but why the loo roll holder was an inch above the skirting board is anyone's guess. Easy parking on the road outside, free overnight, but we were a little out of season and mid week.
