"Staff were friendly. Hotel was Modern. Room was cleaned daily. Towels, water bottles, soap, bath robes etc were stocked daily. Cleaniless top notch. Food top notch. Mobile order for room service and pool bar was efficient and convenient. Room service was quick, fresh and delicious. Delivered at impressive speed. Variety of buffet options daily. Lots of chairs at pool and beach. A la carte was awesome. We enjoyed the Starbucks and sweet spot. Recommend "

"The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming, creating a truly pleasant experience throughout my stay. The breakfast is outstanding easily a 10/10. Although I didn’t have the chance to try lunch or dinner, feedback from friends suggests the meals are just as excellent. The location is perfect, adding even more convenience and appeal. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket for a vacation."

"Great location for walking and seeing the craziness of city and beach. Hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. Placed a birthday cake and decor on bed without asking or telling them. Made us feel so special. Breakfast was delicious. Poolside room is a must. Room service food was excellent Stay was 10/10. "

"Firstly, before booking, please note that the roads leading to the resort are curvy, steep hills. Therefore, walking around to explore is not really feasible. However, the resort does provide a free shuttle to take you to Patong Beach (located at the bottom of the hill). We didn’t stay long enough to thoroughly take advantage of all the property’s amenities, but we did manage to visit the pool. Loved the swim up bar and the views were a bonus (esp during sunset). The rooms were also clean and more spacious than I had anticipated. The bed was huge and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was also available. Every staff we encountered during our stay was pleasant. Although the location was a bit inconvenient, I would definitely stay here again."

"At the end of the day, you need to ask yourself. Are you in Phuket to look at all the attractions or do you intend to stay at your resort for the entire stay. If it’s the latter, then you might want to look for another resort as this one lacks a beach front, various activities for the kids to do and so forth. HOWEVER, this resort has amazing rooms which are clean with the option for balcony to pool access. Mine also had a king bed. Enough space to swing a cat plus there is two restaurants plus a couple of activities like billiards room, kids room, spa room and cheap cocktails and cheap amazing food (which you can have room service - cocktails included). My friends stayed at the Marriot next door and that resort was huge. It had a plethora of shops, restaurants etc, but you pay through your nose for the rooms which my friends said they are tired and need a refurb. The Absolute is great value, and the money you save can be used on partying in Partong or shopping. Choice is easy I believe. "

"What an amazing place for a family vacation. The pools are all excellent, and the kids loved the kids’ pool! There are so many great food options on the property, and if you’re wondering if the breakfast package is worth it - I promise you’ll regret it if you don’t get it! It’s probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed at nice hotels all over the world. The staff are very helpful, friendly and prompt; and left little surprises for the kids in our room. My only complaint is the kids’ pool has a weird overhang that looks down into a viewing area that I thought was a safety risk as they could climb onto the bench and hang over."
