"Upon check-in, we were told there were issues with the water and it had to be run for a while & were offered drink coupons.Once we got to our room. it was clean however, our shower was covered with black residue. When I went back down to ask for the room to be cleaned, we were informed by housekeeping that it would be faster to get a new room because there was a shortage of housekeepers. We were checked into a new room that was obviously used and not cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom used cups towels in the bedding area. Both beds were used and unmade, an iron and ironing board out and other miscellaneous items around the room. I went back down to the front desk and showed the video of our room. We were then asked to be put back in our original room and that we would not shower because other guests were complaining of brown water in the sink showers and toilet. The desk agent did try to accommodate us and had someone go check a third room. We were told that that room was good so we went up. We were a little frustrated and decided not shower. We decide to use the drink coupons and when entering the bar we saw it was shut down as there was water leak and dryers attempting to air out the area, and there are pieces missing from the ceiling. It was one lady working but she was nice. We received our drinks but ended up leaving. We decided to let the water run in hopes it would clear up by morning enough to brush out teeth but did not & bottled water had to be used."

"Ms. Tiarra at the check-in/out Desk is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and kind. She accepted my concerns about the property seriously and with respect. She is a GEM! It’s my fault that did not shower while in residence. Perhaps Housekeeping would have been able to provide a clean shower curtain had I noticed it earlier. Concerns about hot food served on styrofoam plates/cups - helps manage costs but induces cancer. Paper products are more expensive (would be cheaper in bulk?)."

"Overall, the property was impressive and the staff went above and beyond. It is an adult hotel and serves that purpose but, a garbage pale in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt, some extra toilet paper and towels would be nice too. Especially in the jacuzzi room. Better lightening … the ambience is nice but, it would also be nice to see effectively when not being “sexy”. But it wasn’t a bad stay. The bed felt comfortable at first but … wasn’t. The pillows and blankets were awesome! The drains do not drain quickly so, more than one shower an hour is out. And a coffee maker anywhere - room or lobby would be amazing!!! But … for the price, it was nice. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting the area for a funeral. After a long 7-hour drive, we arrived around 1:30 AM and were exhausted. Unfortunately, when we entered the room it was not as clean as expected. There was hair in the bathroom, including in the shower and on the floor, which was very unpleasant. The room also had a strong, unpleasant odor. Because it was so late and we had to wake up early the next morning to attend the funeral, we were too tired to go back downstairs to request another room at that time. The following morning, I went to the front desk and explained the issue. The employee at the desk apologized, which I appreciated. However, I asked where the manager was, not realizing she was nearby, and despite hearing the complaint, the manager did not acknowledge the situation or address my concerns. Overall, this was not a good experience. During a difficult time while traveling for a funeral, I expected the hotel to provide a clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. "

"I booked this room for a night for me and my family. First time walking through the door i instantly knew i should have booked elsewhere. The receptionist proceeded to take all info to get the keys he acted as if he didn’t even want to touch my driver license. as we proceeded to the room it was terrible from the time we got on the elevator the room had a smell it just appeared as nasty i didn’t even want to touch anything as my partner checked the corners of the bed and the sheets it was disgusting as if the sheets weren’t washed or anything we immediately went downstairs explained wanting a refund the receptionist refused as if he had a better room for us i said fine let’s see but i already knew i wasn’t staying we proceeded to the next room and it was the same feeling of course we checked the corner of the bed and it was a bunch of blacks spots as well as a freaking bug crawled from under by the pillows i was so disgusted immediately left and got a refund and for a person to not want to touch my driver license owns this disgusting hotel. i don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel"
