「I have been in this hotel many times (probably over few months) since September 2021. Some renovation done in mid 2022… fantastic! just one thing to maintain full stars review: to replace the dryers in the laundry if repair does not work (a bit annoying to pay 2-3 times to complete the dry since early 2022 😅)」

「During my three-day stay, I did not receive housekeeping services, including bedding changes or towel replenishment. I contacted the front desk daily for fresh towels, which resulted in significant delays. On my final day, I had to locate the housekeeper on another floor, as she was solely responsible for the entire building. Due to her understaffed situation, I opted to clean the room myself.」

「Hotel had convenient parking and the staff was helpful. Our room however was kind of gross. The floor was not swept upon arrival, blankets had stains, the room smelled like marijuana, and it was really humid in the room. When we woke up we both smelled like mildew. The hotel could be awesome if they cleaned better.」
