Booked a two bed studio. That room type was not available. No refund or alternative was provided. Would not recommend this property or booking agent Expedia for false advertising. Property was clean and staff were great but the whole reservation part was lacking. Do not recommend!

I booked a reservation a couple of weeks ago. I called the day before to ask about early check-in; they told me to call back in the morning. I called back at 7:30am, they told me to call back after 11a. I called again they said call back in an hour. Before I could call back they called me to tell me they no longer had any rooms available. I had booked 2 rooms and traveled from out of town for a wedding. I had to scramble and find another hotel with only 30 mins to get ready and I had to pay more than I would have for both rooms I booked. Oh by the way I ended up only getting one room so we had to share the room.

My bathroom reeked of urine, there was urine on the toilet seat when we walked in. The heavy smell of bleach was everywhere. The person next door snored all night we could hear them through the room and we were advised there weren’t anymore rooms we could switch to. Such a horrible stay. I didn’t even want my foot to toucj the floor. Ir was wet in some parts just gross and unsanitary

The only thing good about the hotel was the staff was so pleasant and nice. I found and killed a cockroach in the kitchen on my last night. No amenities, not even a bathroom in the lobby. Room not very sound proof. Could hear people upstairs.

The front desk and staff we encountered was helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room was very impressive. The room had the essentials needed for our stay but it was nice to see we could borrow pots/pans to use the kitchenette if needed. I peronally appreciated that the shower curtain was clean and free of mold. The parking lot lighting was better in certain areas than others but we did not feel unsafe. The breakfast was simple packaged pastries and coffee but McDonald's and breakfast spots are a relatively close driving distance. I appreciate that there were washers and dryers on-site to pay to use.
