Everything about the stay was wonderful! The staff were kind and helpful, the room was amazing and very cozy. If i were to have to improve anything, i would suggest a double liner for the shower, and potentially the ability to cast to the room television. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and I'll be back the next time i need a room!

The windows were filthy with slobber and hand prints, the walls were covered with snot trails. We were able to switch rooms but there were boogers all over those walls too. The eggs were so scrambled that they looked like grits. Their vending machines were out of stock of practically everything and they didn’t accept card. We did appreciate the high ceilings, lighting and the comfortability of the bed. However, they need to clean their windows and walls. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again.
Filthy windows. Worse in person.
This wasn’t even bad compared to the snots in the next room.

Do your self the favor & avoid this hotel AT ALL COSTS! The photos online make the hotel look considerably accommodating - but be aware, the only renovations made were to the lobby - but when you walk into the hotel where rooms are, you can see it's age, and smell foul odors upon check-in. People hanging in hallways smoking marijuana/vaping and drinking outside the guest entry-level doors. I needed a place to stay before taking a long drive to Canada but when I walked into the hotel, the room looked like I was warped back into the 70s. Aside from the bedding, overall aesthetic, the room smelled (possibly from the carpet) & had a door that led to another room? Creeped me out &with the men hanging outside the hotel- I didn't feel safe. Room had chipped paint &non-stop leak coming from the bathroom. I had to immediately walkout& refuse my stay because even at the price of $100 for a night, it was less than subpar & I couldn't imagine sleeping in that bed.. The hotel representative at the counter was alone, but honestly kind. He had no authority to make decisions to accomodate my request for a refund so it resulted in a call to his supervisors & a follow up for a few days, but even through this unexpected experience upon check in, he remained poised &supportive which I truly did a appreciate. He was the best experience of this check-in which truly is a testament to how impactful human connection is in customer service - thank you to Akhiel (apologies of I mispelled your name)

We Can hear next door neighbors because walls are thin. Had a problem with the TV, It went out at 9:45 p.m and kept saying it was finding system and couldn't watch it but didn't want anyone to come up at that time to fix it
