The hotel is good on: Size of the room, clean, good pool, parking area and access. Could be better: There is no restaurant, there is no snack machine, there is no ice machine, there is no food available at all and worse there is no frigobar … it means you need to go out for simple things to eat and very difficult to keep the food inside of your room, unless you go out to buy ice. Is ok for a short stay but with family could be difficult for 2 days or more. They charge the additional person but they don’t provide more towels neither more toilet paper.

We stayed there for 2 nights. facility is ok considering the price. room is spacious, no refrig. What I cannot accept is the poor customer service. The room we had facing the street it's noisy at night, not only due to traffic, but worst was the 1st night (Saturday) there was very loud music heard at midnight 3-4am. I did not have a good sleep. Asked reception to change a room, but was refused. We need to borrow a blower, and was requested to put ID in front desk as deposit before we return the blower - seriously?? You can easily verify we are the guest! we also experienced two times power shut down in our short stay, though recovered pretty quick. The 2nd power shutdown when it happened we were in the elevator it suddenly stopped, very scary. We ringed the alarm and then power came back and it resumed. I talked to the receptionist that there was power shut down while we were in the elevator, no apologies, no explaination. It was bad experience overall. Will never come back

Brand new hotel. Very clean. Huge room with a smart tv. Only issue is that there isn’t much to do in the vicinity. You can walk to the centre of town but takes about 30 minutes. Ubers are pretty plentiful and cheap. If you are going to Chechen itza make sure and book an early morning trip to beat the crowds. It gets absolutely bonkers at about 10 or 11 when the hordes arrive from the coastal resorts. If you get there at 8 when it opens you have place almost to yourself for a couple hours. Cooler too.

Clean, comfortable, cosy and spacious suite
We really enjoyed our stay in the suite with king bed at Hotel MID Project. The hotel and rooms are modern and clean. The suite was spacious but also felt cosy. We loved the jacuzzi bathtub as it worked very well and had hot water which is a first for us after many years in Mexico. The cleaning service was excellent and the reception staff always friendly. Enough parking spaces. We will return soon.

This hotel is very nice, very well kept. The only downside was that there weren’t any places close by to get a good meal. I’m used to walking a lot to restaurants & so forth, but there didn’t seem to be any. But, if you have transportation of your own, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel.
Very nice hotel. It is located some distance from the center (Cathedral) but otherwise perfect. Nice pool. The only one thing which was missing in our room is a small fridge. It would be nice to keep drinks cold.

Great modern hotel
Great hotel, very clean, large bathroom and large room. Soundproofing is great; we heard our neighbors when walking in the corridor, but nothing once in our bedroom. Quality bedsheets and mattress, we could rest plentifully. The hotel is not located directly in the city center where all the restaurants are, but it is a mere 5-8 minute drive. Considering the price of the hotel, it was worth lodging a bit outside the city center (fast-food restaurants are about a 5- minute walk away. Highly recommended.

El hotel muy cómodo y limpio, todo nuevo, el personal también muy amable, la piscina muy bien tambien. Solo cuando llegamos no teníamos papel sanitario en la habitación y reservamos 4 y teníamos solo dos toallas, no afectó la calificación ya que fueron detalles que se solucionaron al momento, en general me gusto mucho mi estancia en la propiedad. El hotel está en una avenida transitada y se escucha el tráfico desde la habitación, Merida es muy tranquila así que de noche no afecta mucho.

Some kids at the lobby and in the parking lot were extremely lousy during the night. They didn't let me rest. I had an early flight (6:00 am) am and felt very tired throughout the trip.

Todo muy bien, lo único que tienen de malo es que en su reglamento dicen que no se hacen responsables de nada de valor que dejes en tu habitación, que supuestamente lo debes de dar para resguardar en recepción por lo cual te hace sentir de siento modo inseguro, pues es como si tus cosas en tu habitación no estuvieran seguras o como si su personal de limpieza que entra a la habitación no fuera de confianza. Y prácticamente pues todas las cosas que uno lleva aunque sea ropa tienen valor y es algo incómodo saber que te hacen pensar que se te pueden perder cosas dentro de tu propia habitación.

Me gusto mucho la limpieza. Los cuartos son grandes. El baño amplio. Ambiente agradable. Los elevadores funcionan bien. Solo no me gusto el tamaño de las almoadas que son muy grandes y no son comodas al dormir. Todo lo demas muy bien. Lo recomiendo.
