"Construction slowed down everything. Suite room was very spacious for the kids to move around. Had trouble with the heating/ac unit. Ended turning it off and opening the balcony and windows to make it cooler. Water pressure was poor. Not the cleanest either."

"I really love this property. I find that the lobby and surround area is super cute/cozy and Helen at the bar is fabulous. I hate to say this...but no matter what time I show up the front desk somehow makes sure I get into my room. The room has great bath sheets/robes/slippers and I love the Balmain bath products. Room service is prompt and in my opinion the food is really great! If you ask for anything they make it happen. "

The room and facilities overall could have been a bit cleaner and more organized when I first arrived, but it wasn’t anything major. There was also some distracting construction noise in the mornings, but I’m sure that’s temporary. "
