"We chose this hotel for the proximity to the airport. It is good for what it is. It is a 1 star but I’d actually say 2 stars. We normally stay in 4-5 star hotels. It was fine for a quick night and easy access to the airport"

"Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...

"Las fotos no se aparecen en nada al lugar que reservamos.
Único hotel que he visto en Cusco que no provee Breakfast box para las personas que salen a los tours a las 4 am.
La habitación estaba tan empolvada que no pude dormir de la alergia.
Por último, le pedimos al chico de recepción que nos pidiera un taxi, que nos costó 20 soles cuando el trayecto era de 7 soles solamente. Según el, era el cargo del hotel!
Muy decepcionada de este lugar.

"Perfect stay at the Antigua Casona. Great location in the heart of San Blas. The neighborhood was fantastic with amazing restaurants and shops all around. The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful in organizing day trips out of Cuzco. The room was first-class, one of the coziest hotel stays that I can remember. Clean and comfortable. We were there in the middle of rainy season, and it was such a nice warm place to come back to. Large TV with great options. Internet and other amenities all worked great. The breakfast was large and tasty. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cuzco."
