「We stayed here for one night after a day in Winchester. A nice enough hotel, with staff pleasant enough. The room we stayed in was small but well kept. The main issue we had was that the room was that next to a staff run through, meaning doors were slammed constantly. Further, there was no air conditioning, and the room we were in at the bottom floor was next to a busy beer table and had lots and lots of mosquitoes, meaning we were bitten to heck! 「The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful! It's really hard to find a dog friendly hotel that are so relaxed about actually bringing dogs! Especially as our puppy is a big boy and sometimes, due to his bread, people are cautious of him. But the hotel were great and didn't make us feel nervous or "in the way" at all. It was a lovely stay.」

「Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned.」
