「We stayed as a couple, in one of the lake view rooms. The room was a bit small for a double room, but the view more than made up for that. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, but not too involved in our stay (in a good way). The hotel is 45 minutes walk from Annecy, along a very safe path. The hotel hire e-bikes, and this was a highlight for us as we rode around the lake - 4 hours to do approx 40KM. We aren't bike people but this was so good! Views to die for」

「Notre séjour c'est très bien passé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le spa. Les chambres privilèges sont très grandes avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Les fontaines d'eau plate et gazeuse à l'étage sont très éco-responsables, par contre je conseille de mettre à disposition des chambres d'une carafe pour remplir d'eau et éviter de faire des allers-retours avec les verres pour se servir. Pour le spa, le prêt de serviettes de bain serait un plus afin d'éviter au client de devoir amener leurs...

「Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am.」

「Amazing new boutique hotel right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 so rooms and nice and not dated. However it provides basic amenities. No Fridge and no kettle. If you wish to have a room with air conditioner, they're only a few of them on the 5th floor in the new building. so be sure to call them which room type has AC before you book and confirm with them after you made booking .
