「Great customer service.」

「They have lots of parking and a shuttle service. The staff is pretty good and they try to keep the place clean. This is our third stay there and each time there are facility issues. The restaurant and pool have been closed off for years. This time one elevator was down and both rooms we had were without a working hair dryer. Missing window screens, safes that no longer function, and dripping faucets have become normal here. The fish freezers still work which is one of the reasons we stayed here...

「This is the only hotel with a full kitchen and washer dryer. We really appreciated the dryer after coming in out of the rain. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but it was very convenient to have some breakfast foods in the room and great to have some snacks and a cold drink waiting for us at the end of the day, which we enjoyed by the whale sculpture.
