「It’s nice and quiet. The room was clean except they forgot to clean the bathtub. I say that because it wasn’t 1 hair it was multiple including on faucet. And the bottom was dirty - they did hang a clean shower curtain. For the price it is very nice. Everything else was clean. There is a grill in the hotel. There is a nice size pool. 「The breakfast menu was very selective, hot, and tasteful. The room was clean and the staff was very professional and customer service oriented. The air conditioning was great in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel and certainly always pick it when I stay in the Memphis area.」

「We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.」
