Big Cypress Lodge
Overlook was closed, terrace was closed, bar was closed. Was promised a credit from the hotel supervisor and they have not given one and refused to give me anything in writing stating they would have to contact Expedia to process the credit and Expedia would send me a receipt. They lied. Wahlburgers ...
