「Good hot tub and they allowed a late checkout for no cost. Decent breakfast.」

「Arrived to the property at 2;45 pm when the check-in time was at 4:00 pm. I called 3 hours early to confirm if I was able to check in 1 hr and 15 min early. I received a confirmation that I will be able to check in at my arrival time (2:45 pm). The front desk employees told me that i needed to wait after 4 pm to check in because they were 100% booked. Front Desk employees did not pick up the phone or took one step away from the desk to validate if my room was ready. In other words they just say...

「If you like firm matresses, you would like it here. I wouldn't come here again but service and the staff is nice.」

「Not clean, my door lock did not work and the entire building had a bad smell」
