Hot tub was set for cold plunge but the pool was warm. Breakfast was good basic but good. The shower was nasty from a guy's prospective and I work on nasty job sites. Other than that was a good hotel. Was very quite I stayed on back side of hotel. Lots of good food and shopping close by...

The room was clean and nice, the AC and fan worked great. The breakfast was fine. Nothing really special, but it was there and it was fine. I was extremely disappointed the the hot tub was out of order. I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor hot tub. When booking a hotel, it should come with a disclaimer of things that are out of order or not working so people do not book and then show up and are extremely disappointed.

THE GOOD The staff was great, location is good, toilet flush is the best I’ve ever seen, and the bed was very comfortable. THE BAD Older property, not well maintained, strong smell of Clorox, a very noisy church group uses one of the conference rooms on Sundays, and people were forming a line inside the hotel as it served as a voting place. THE UGLY Mildew inside shower box, clogged toiled sink, carpet stains on hallway, broken downspouts in front of the hotel with a large piece of it on the ground, and trash overflowing at the entrance at evening time.

When we first walked in it smelled so good and clean. Front desk representative was so nice and helpful. The bed was the best. The room so nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. I just wish they had real cups for coffee to drink in the morning for breakfast. All staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely go there again. And check out at 12. Definitely a Sleep Inn hotel. ❤️

Staff is friendly and helpful. On second day, the toilet didn’t flush properly. Staff was very prompt to switch me to a different room. Breakfast is good and location is super and convenient to where I need to be. Room rate is one of the most reasonable rates in Round Rock area. Rate is one of the factors to select this hotel, especially for long term stay.
