「The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. 「We were disappointed when we arrived. We came from another Courtyard by Marriott in Rapid city which was better. We expected the cafe to be open in the evening but we were told that they didn’t have it open on the weekends. There was more wear and tear and we found drippage in front of our toilet like it had been used. We used Lysol wipes to clean up floor and toilet. Also you pay $20+ to park for the night. We were only staying one night so we made do.」

「We arrived a bit after 9:30pm and waited in line to checkin. The front desk clerk was friendly and calmly handled the long line. The main lobby and dining area looked nice. That is where the positive statements end. When you enter the hallway for available rooms and elevators, you are instantly smacked with the foul odor of weed and animals. 「We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.」
