"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Nous avons été arnaque car nous avons pas eut de réponse pour avoir des info le jour de la location nous n'avons reçu aucun mail pour les codes d'entrée personne n'a répondu au téléphone,nous nous sommes présenté a 18h et nous sommes restés à la rue avec les enfants n'ayant pas de clé ni de code et personne n'a répondu on a du reprendre une autre location. Nous demandons un remboursement totale "
