「Belle chambre, personnel très accueillant et sympa, lieu très agréable et bien situé.」

「Room were clean and staff and owner were very nice to greet us on arrival, the location is very convenient an is right next to Bahia palace, just it’s on a small ally where no car can get on so you need to take your luggage inside and hotel doesn’t have any lifts and with bare minimum facilities. But with comfort and service the place makes up for it.」

「The host didn’t understand English so it was hard to communicate well with him. when I booked my stay I informed the host that I will be needing early breakfast as I had a tour planned. I was told that I will get that but on the day of the tour I was told that early breakfast was not possible. Basic amenities such as soap were missing. The only good thing about this riad was the location. Other than that I don’t see myself staying here again. 」

「We arrived hoping for a peaceful and authentic Agafay desert experience for New Year’s Eve, but it turned out to be the low point of our trip. On the day itself, we were informed that a large NYE party would take place and that access to the main area of the camp would be blocked unless we paid extra. We were given conflicting information and quoted two different prices before being told the higher price of 1800 dirham per person. Despite paying 1600 dirham for the standard lunch and dinner...

「Piscine chauffée, buffet excellent cependant les heures d’ouverture sont restreints. Buffet varié. Nous n’avons pas essayer l’aquaparc mais il semble bien. Les chambres sont belles, les lits sont assez confortables. Personnel au bar sont vraiment sympathiques. Très beau voyage. Au souk/medina, négociez vos prix! Tout se négocie. 」
