Amazing stay with perfect staff

Amazing stay in a top Riad, decorated above standards. Very friendly staff, always ready to discuss and help. Suggestion for ecofriendliness to not change towels if not on the ground, as noted in the room ;)

Amazing property and staff! They are the best in customer service and made us feel really welcomed. We got there really late and they still took the time to serve us tea and cookies. Amazing rooms and food. We got a couple of massages and an amazing dinner. The staff goes above and beyond! This was a family trip and they made all the necessary Accomodations for us to feel comfortable and welcome.

We are in awe! What a fantastic gem. Staff, spa nd food were excellent. Their hospitality left nothing to need or want. Daily breakfast, excursion recommendations were all perfect. Definitely consider the Imlil Valley excursion. Pools are relaxing and warm too. Their rooftop and central lobby area are so impressive and beautifully decorated. We are in love with this property!

I stayed there with my family- 2 rooms and they were a nice size; the spa and hamman were very nice and the staff couldn’t have been nicer-so all in all a good choice. I personally did not care for the breakfast and while it is a very good location for being near but not in the souk cars cannot come or drop you right at your door so a woman alone or anyone with a walking problem might not be comfortable there
