"Ideally located for an early start “red eye” flight out of Newcastle. Literally 5 minutes walk to the terminal building so more than worth it staying there the night before."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are really spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything you need in one place for a great stay. There are two restaurants, only ever eaten at The Three Mile which is exceptional, something for everyone on the menu and great value."

"Welcoming staff and parking is a positive. The toilets and showers are very poor. Doors on toilets don't lock properly, showers are very poor, no cleaning soap in shower or toilet or they were broken. This was on the 3rd floor. Don't know why I was on the third floor s there weren't many guests. Some guests I noticed leave a lot to be desired. I suppose you get what you pay for. This place is in need of a complete overhaul especially the toilet and shower facilities."
