"Absolutely fabulous stay - the staff were all amazing, the food for dinner and breakfast great, the beer garden was the most beautifully manicured beer garden i have ever been to. Bed and pillows also very comfortable. The photos dont do this place justice - its a proper gem :)"

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Don’t be put off by the facade as once you step inside the hotel it is wonderful. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and they work really hard. The room was really clean with super comfy beds and the air con was fabulous. The evening meal we had was very enjoyable and good value for money. The breakfast was again excellent with just the right amount of choice and at £10 each was again very good value for money. "Nice manor-style hotel with well equipped rooms and bathroom, excellent English-Style and other breakfast options, nice bar and outside dining areas. The rooms are old -style but confortable with an excellent price-quality ratio. The only drawback was the absence of AC during our mid-july hot summer days stay but the ventilator + opened window was OK to sleep well anyways.
