Big room and it is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is at a fantastic location which is walkable and close to everything. We have been loyal to this hotel even before the renovation. During this stay we felt the only downfall is the front desk. We were not happy with the attitude of the manager when we first got there. Felt judged and didn’t receive a phone call when our room was ready when she promised to do so.

Bar staff not well trained, paid cash and they needed to get a manager to finish the transaction. 20 minutes for a beer with 5 serving and bar not busy

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay …wonderful helpful polite staff, excellent rooms and the buffet breakfast was a lovely adventure each morning. Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again it was effortless.

Fantastic and caring staff
The Rydges staff were amazing. Very accommodating and supportive when I needed to extend my stay with no notice after having surgery at the hospital nearby. Staff were very attentive bringing me ice buckets and even made me a little care package including chocolate, just very sweet.

Our apt lounge room had too much furniture and lounge against window very impractical and uncomfortable the second lounge was also very uncomfortable and though we are small people it was hard to sit side by side Also not having towel racks in bathroom Otherwise bathroom and kitchen brand new
